ท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วของ AI และเทคโนโลยี พร้อมเน้นย้ำถึงบทบาทของหอการค้าไทยในการเชื่อมโยงภาคธุรกิจกับภาคการศึกษา ผ่านเครือข่ายสมาชิกและหอการค้าจังหวัด เพื่อให้การพัฒนากำลังคนตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานอย่างแท้จริง โดยเสนอแนวทางความร่วมมือ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ Co-design, Co-learning และ Co-investment หรือการร่วมออกแบบ ร่วมเรียนรู้
