“การสำรวจความคิดเห็นของภาคเอกชนเกี่ยวกับความโปร่งใสในการปฏิบัติราชการของภาครัฐ” โดยสำรวจตัวอย่างผู้บริหารและตัวแทนภาคธุรกิจ จำนวน 401 ราย ทั่วประเทศ ระหว่างวันที่ 26 มีนาคม – 10 เมษายน 2569 พบว่า ปัญหาคอร์รัปชันยังคงเป็นวิกฤตเชิงโครงสร้างที่บั่นทอนสภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจของไทยอย่างรุนแรง โดย 89.1% ของภาคธุรกิจระบุว่าคอร์รัปชันเป็นอุปสรรค (ปานกลางถึงมากที่สุด) ต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจ ขณะที่ 51.2% ตามด้วยการเพิ่มโทษผู้ทุจริตและการปฏิรูประเบียบให้โปร่งใส และสิ่งที่รัฐบาลต้องให้ความสำคัญเพื่อ “ถอนรากถอนโคน” ปัญหาสินบนและทุจริต คือ การปฏิรูปกฎหมายลดขั้นตอน (Regulatory Guillotine) การเปิดเผยข้อมูลภาครัฐ (Open Data\u002FOpen Contracting) เช่น TOR ผลการประมูล และงบประมาณโครงการให้ประชาชนตรวจสอบได้โดยไม่ต้องร้องขอ\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>ช่องทางการแจ้งข้อมูลข่าวสาร \u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>ปัจจุบัน หน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคประชาสังคมได้จัดให้มีช่องทางสำหรับประชาชนในการแจ้งเบาะแส ร้องเรียน และติดตามปัญหาการทุจริตคอร์รัปชันอย่างหลากหลายและเข้าถึงได้มากขึ้น อาทิ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (ป.ป.ช.) ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ www.nacc.go.th และสายด่วน 1205 สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตในภาครัฐ (ป.ป.ท.) ผ่านสายด่วน 1206 รวมถึงองค์กรต่อต้านคอร์รัปชัน (ประเทศไทย) ACT และเครือข่ายภาคประชาชน เช่น Corruption Watch แชทฟ้องโกงทันใจ และเพจปฏิบัติการหมาเฝ้าบ้าน ที่ร่วมทำหน้าที่เฝ้าระวังและติดตามการทุจริตในสังคมไทยอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยข้อมูลของผู้แจ้งเบาะแสจะได้รับการคุ้มครองและเก็บรักษาเป็นความลับ อย่างไรก็ตาม การหยุดคอร์รัปชันอย่างยั่งยืนไม่สามารถอาศัยหน่วยงานใดหน่วยงานหนึ่งเพียงลำพัง แต่ต้องเกิดจากการบูรณาการความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน ทั้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชน ในการร่วมกันเป็นหูเป็นตา สร้างวัฒนธรรมไม่ทนต่อการทุจริต และทำให้การร้องเรียนเข้าถึงได้ง่าย สะดวก และมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยภาคเอกชนพร้อมสนับสนุนการเชื่อมโยงและบูรณาการช่องทางต่าง ๆ เหล่านี้ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ประชาชน ลดความซ้ำซ้อน และเพิ่มโอกาสให้ทุกคนสามารถมีส่วนร่วมในการต่อต้านคอร์รัปชันได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมและทั่วถึงมากขึ้น\u003Cbr> \u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>ผลสำรวจครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นว่า ปัญหาคอร์รัปชันมิใช่เป็นเพียงประเด็นด้านธรรมาภิบาลเท่านั้น หากแต่เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อระบบเศรษฐกิจ ต้นทุนการดำเนินธุรกิจ ความเชื่อมั่นของนักลงทุน ตลอดจนขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศในระยะยาว ตัวเลขที่ปรากฏในวันนี้จึงถือเป็นสัญญาณสำคัญที่ทุกภาคส่วนควรตระหนัก และร่วมกันผลักดันให้เกิดการแก้ไขอย่างจริงจังและต่อเนื่อง กกร. เชื่อมั่นว่า ความโปร่งใสต้องเริ่มต้นจากการยอมรับข้อเท็จจริง และการเปิดโอกาสให้ทุกภาคส่วนมีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างวัฒนธรรมที่ไม่ยอมรับการทุจริต พร้อมเดินหน้าสนับสนุนการขับเคลื่อนประเทศไทยสู่การเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน These include the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) through its online system at www.nacc.go.th\u003Cbr>and hotline 1205; the Office of the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) through hotline 1206; as well as civil society organizations such as the Anti-Corruption Organization of Thailand (ACT) and citizen networks, including Corruption Watch, Chat Fong Kong Than Jai, and the Operation Watchdog Facebook page, which continue to monitor and follow up on corruption issues in Thai society.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Information provided by whistleblowers will be protected and kept confidential. Nevertheless, sustainably ending corruption cannot be achieved by any single agency alone.
