ชั้น 2 อาคารบรรเจิด ชลวิจารณ์ สภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย โดยมีสาระสำคัญดังนี้\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>สภาหอการค้าฯ ได้กล่าวถึงทิศทางด้านการเมือง เศรษฐกิจ และการส่งเสริมการลงทุนของไทย โดยระบุว่า แม้ประเทศไทยอยู่ในช่วงที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านการบริหารงานภาครัฐ แต่ภาครัฐยังคงเดินหน้าประสานความร่วมมือกับภาคเอกชนอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยเฉพาะการทบทวนและปรับปรุงกฎหมาย กฎระเบียบ รวมทั้งการอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการออกใบอนุญาตและการให้บริการภาครัฐ เพื่อช่วยลดอุปสรรคแก่ภาคธุรกิจและนักลงทุน อีกทั้งยังกล่าวย้ำถึงโครงการต่อต้านการทุจริตคอร์รัปชัน ที่จะมีส่วนช่วยผลักดันไทยเข้าสู่ OECD ขณะเดียวกัน ภาครัฐก็มุ่งดึงดูดการลงทุนจากต่างประเทศและกระจายความสัมพันธ์ทางเศรษฐกิจไปยังหลายประเทศ โดยญี่ปุ่นเป็นหนึ่งในประเทศเป้าหมายสำคัญ ทั้งนี้ เน้นย้ำให้นักลงทุนศึกษากฎว่าด้วยถิ่นกำเนิดสินค้าและสัดส่วนของเนื้อหาและมูลค่าที่เกิดขึ้นในประเทศไทยอย่างถี่ถ้วน เพื่อให้การลงทุนก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อเศรษฐกิจไทย ทั้งการจ้างงาน การถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีและองค์ความรู้ และการเชื่อมโยงกับเครือข่ายธุรกิจไทย เพื่อสร้างสมดุลระหว่างผลประโยชน์ของนักลงทุนกับการสร้างมูลค่าและประโยชน์แก่เศรษฐกิจไทยอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>จากการรายงานผลสำรวจประจำครึ่งปีแรก 2569 พบว่า ดัชนีแนวโน้มเศรษฐกิจ (Diffusion Index : DI) ปรับตัวลดลงอยู่ที่ -6 (ตัวเลขคาดการณ์) เทียบกับในช่วงครึ่งปีหลัง 2568 ที่มีค่า 0 และในช่วงครึ่งหลังของปี พ.ศ. 2569 คาดว่าจะลดลงถึง -7 ซึ่งสะท้อนภาพการชะลอตัวของเศรษฐกิจไทย โดยการลดลงของค่าดัชนีประจำครึ่งปีแรกของปี 2569 นั้นมีสาเหตุจากราคาวัตถุดิบและค่าขนส่งที่สูงขึ้น ซึ่งได้รับผลกระทบมาจากสถานการณ์ในตะวันออกกลางเป็นหลัก รวมถึงการส่งออกที่ชะลอตัวลง แม้ว่าอุปสงค์ในอุตสาหกรรมเซมิคอนดักเตอร์และการลงทุนด้านโรงงานและเครื่องจักรยังคงแข็งแกร่งก็ตาม\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>ในด้านแนวโน้มการส่งออก 37% ของบริษัทผู้ตอบแบบสำรวจคาดว่าการส่งออกจะเพิ่มขึ้น ในช่วงครึ่งหลังของปีพ.ศ. 2569 และ 42% ของบริษัทคาดว่าการส่งออกจะคงที่ อย่างไรก็ตาม บริษัทที่คาดว่าการส่งออกจะเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่า 20% มีสัดส่วนเพิ่มขึ้นโดยเฉพาะในภาคเครื่องจักรทั่วไป ภาคไฟฟ้า และอิเล็กทรอนิกส์\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>ส่วนข้อเรียกร้องต่อรัฐบาลไทยที่บริษัทร่วมทุนญี่ปุ่นต้องการมากที่สุดคือ “มาตรการรับมือสถานการณ์ในอิหร่าน (รักษาเสถียรภาพราคาและการรักษา ความมั่นคงด้านอุปทาน)” (33%) ประเด็นรองลงมา ได้แก่ “การปรับปรุงกระบวนการขอคืนภาษีและกระบวนการตรวจสอบภาษี (เช่น ความซับซ้อนของขั้นตอนการขอคืนภาษี และความไม่สอดคล้องกันในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่)” (31%) และ “การแก้ไขปัญหาหนี้ครัวเรือน” (30%) ส่วนประเด็นอื่น ๆ ที่บริษัทในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตจานวนมากเลือกตอบ ได้แก่ “การส่งเสริมมาตรการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจ (มาตรการกระตุ้นการบริโภค, ด้านสินค้าคงทน)” (32%)\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>ประเด็นด้านความไม่แน่นอนด้านภูมิรัฐศาสตร์จากนโยบายภาษีศุลกากรของสหรัฐฯ พบว่าบริษัทส่วนใหญ่ให้ความเห็นว่า “แทบไม่มีผลกระทบ” (42%) และ “มีผลกระทบบ้าง” (39%) สำหรับมาตรการรับมือกับความไม่แน่นอนจากนโยบายภาษีศุลกากรของสหรัฐฯ บริษัทส่วนใหญ่คาดหวัง “การสนับสนุนผ่านมาตรการด้านภาษี ด้านการเงิน และเงินอุดหนุน” (29%) ตามด้วย “การสนับสนุนการขยายตลาดภายในประเทศ” (26%) และ “การสนับสนุนการขยายตลาดไปยังประเทศที่สาม เช่น การผลักดัน FTA” (24%)\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>เมื่อสอบถามบริษัทเกี่ยวกับผลกระทบจากราคาน้ำมันดิบ ต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ และการหยุดชะงักด้านโลจิสติกส์
