ทั้งด้านภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ และสังคมสูงวัย พร้อมย้ำว่า ประเทศไทยไม่สนับสนุนแนวคิดการแบ่งแยกทางเศรษฐกิจ แต่ควรเดินหน้าสู่การบูรณาการระดับภูมิภาคเชิงรุก การพัฒนา AI ภายในประเทศ และการลงทุนที่ช่วยเพิ่มความสามารถในการรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>นอกจากนี้ นายกรัฐมนตรียังเน้นย้ำถึงความชัดเจนด้านนโยบายและสถาบัน ผ่านกระบวนการเข้าร่วมเป็นสมาชิกองค์การเพื่อความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจและการพัฒนา (OECD) อย่างเป็นทางการของไทย รวมถึงการทบทวนกฎหมายลำดับรองกว่า 7,000 ฉบับ เพื่อปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจและการลงทุนของประเทศ พร้อมกันนี้ ยังได้เชิญชวนพันธมิตรระหว่างประเทศให้เข้ามาร่วมสร้างการเติบโตกับประเทศไทย เข้ากับเศรษฐกิจภายในประเทศ เพื่อยกระดับผลิตภาพและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถของผู้ประกอบการท้องถิ่น\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>ความซื่อสัตย์ของระบบการเงินคือรากฐานของการลงทุน\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>นายวิทัย รัตนากร ผู้ว่าการธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย\u003C\u002Fstrong> เน้นย้ำบทบาทของความซื่อสัตย์และความน่าเชื่อถือของระบบการเงิน (Financial Integrity) ในการรักษาเสถียรภาพเศรษฐกิจมหภาค และเสริมสร้างความสามารถของประเทศไทยในการดึงดูดการลงทุนคุณภาพสูงจากทั่วโลก\u003Cbr>หนึ่งในแนวทางสำคัญคือ “Bangkok Blueprint for Fraud-Resilient Financial Services” ซึ่งจัดทำขึ้นโดยความร่วมมือกับกองทุนการเงินระหว่างประเทศ (IMF) และธนาคารโลก เพื่อพัฒนาเป็นกรอบมาตรฐานระดับสากลด้านบริการทางการเงินที่สามารถรับมือและป้องกันการทุจริตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมีกำหนดเปิดตัวอย่างเป็นทางการในการประชุมประจำปีของ IMF และธนาคารโลกในเดือนตุลาคม\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>นายวิทัยยังเปิดเผยถึงกรอบความร่วมมือด้านการป้องกันการทุจริตทางการเงินแบบบังคับใช้ข้ามภาคส่วน ซึ่งจะเริ่มมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 10 กันยายนเป็นต้นไป โดยเชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือระหว่างธนาคารพาณิชย์ ผู้ให้บริการชำระเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ผู้ให้บริการสินเชื่อที่ไม่ใช่สถาบันการเงิน และผู้ประกอบธุรกิจแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตรา เพื่อร่วมกันสกัดกั้นธุรกรรมและกระแสเงินที่ผิดกฎหมาย\u003Cbr>มาตรการดังกล่าวต่อยอดจากแนวทางที่ดำเนินการอยู่ก่อนหน้า ซึ่งช่วยลดการถอนเงินสดมูลค่าสูงลงได้ร้อยละ 52 ลดการถอนทองคำแท่งมูลค่าสูงลงได้ร้อยละ 70 และลดความเสียหายจากการฉ้อโกงประเภท Authorised Push Payment (APP Fraud) ได้ประมาณร้อยละ 80\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>ภาคเอกชนเสนอเร่งปลดล็อกอุปสรรคด้านการลงทุน\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>นายผยง ศรีวณิช ประธานคณะกรรมการร่วมภาคเอกชน 3 สถาบัน (กกร.) และประธานสมาคมธนาคารไทย\u003C\u002Fstrong> กล่าวว่า ประเทศไทยและอาเซียนกำลังอยู่ในช่วงเวลาสำคัญที่ต้องร่วมกันกำหนดทิศทางเศรษฐกิจในอนาคตขึ้นใหม่ ท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงโครงสร้างของโลก\u003Cbr>ภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ AI และการเปลี่ยนผ่านด้านพลังงานกำลังปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการค้า การลงทุน และโครงสร้างอุตสาหกรรมทั่วโลก ดังนั้น ประเทศไทยจำเป็นต้องใช้ประโยชน์จากฐานอุตสาหกรรมที่มีความแข็งแกร่งและหลากหลาย ทำเลที่ตั้งทางยุทธศาสตร์ และระบบการเงินที่มีเสถียรภาพ เพื่อดึงดูดการลงทุนและยกระดับบทบาทของประเทศในห่วงโซ่อุปทานระดับภูมิภาคและระดับโลกที่มีมูลค่าเพิ่มสูงขึ้น\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>นายผยงระบุว่า ประเทศไทยจำเป็นต้องชี้ให้เห็นและแก้ไขอุปสรรคที่ขัดขวางการลงทุนและผลิตภาพ ควบคู่ไปกับการลงทุนในอุตสาหกรรมใหม่ ๆ เพื่อสร้างขีดความสามารถและเครื่องยนต์ขับเคลื่อนการเติบโตใหม่ (Growth Engines) นอกจากนี้ ภาคธุรกิจไทยทั้งขนาดใหญ่และขนาดเล็กควรได้รับการสนับสนุนให้สามารถยกระดับมาตรฐาน เข้าถึงเทคโนโลยี และก้าวเข้าสู่ห่วงโซ่อุปทานระดับภูมิภาคและระดับโลกที่มีมูลค่าสูงขึ้น\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>ธนาคารโลกเสนอ 5 อุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต \u003C\u002Fstrong>ภายในงาน กลุ่มธนาคารโลกได้นำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์และกลยุทธ์เชิงรุก ผ่านรายงานสำคัญเรื่อง “สร้างอนาคตไทยในวันนี้: คู่มือการลงทุนและการเติบโต” (Building Thailand’s Future Today: The Investment and Growth Playbook)\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>นายสตีเฟน เอนเดกวา (Stephen N. Ndegwa) ผู้อำนวยการธนาคารโลกประจำประเทศไทย \u003C\u002Fstrong>ตั้งข้อสังเกตว่า รูปแบบอุตสาหกรรมที่ขับเคลื่อนประเทศไทยตลอด 35 ปีที่ผ่านมาได้เดินทางมาถึงข้อจำกัด และจำเป็นต้องได้รับการปรับปรุงตั้งแต่ระดับรากฐาน เพื่อสร้างการจ้างงานที่มีคุณภาพและเพิ่มศักยภาพในการแข่งขันของประเทศ\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>ขณะที่ นางแคทเธอรีน แอนน์ สเตเปิลตัน (Katherine Anne Stapleton) นักเศรษฐศาสตร์อาวุโส กล่าวว่า ประเทศไทยมีโอกาสบรรลุสถานะประเทศรายได้สูงภายในปี 2580 แทนที่จะต้องเลื่อนออกไปถึงปี 2601 ตามแนวโน้มปัจจุบัน แต่จำเป็นต้องมีการเติบโตของผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมในประเทศที่แท้จริงต่อหัวอย่างต่อเนื่องประมาณร้อยละ 5.4 ต่อปี\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>การบรรลุเป้าหมายดังกล่าวจำเป็นต้องยกระดับการมีส่วนร่วมด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนาของธุรกิจ SME จากร้อยละ 8 ให้เข้าใกล้ค่าเฉลี่ยของ OECD ที่ร้อยละ 20 ปฏิรูปกรอบการแข่งขันสำหรับธุรกิจสตาร์ทอัพ และลดช่องว่างการมีส่วนร่วมในกำลังแรงงานระหว่างเพศลงครึ่งหนึ่ง เพื่อชดเชยผลกระทบจากการหดตัวของจำนวนประชากร\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>ธนาคารโลกได้ระบุ 5 อุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต ซึ่งเกิดจากการปรึกษาหารือระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนตลอดระยะเวลา 18 เดือน\u003C\u002Fstrong> ได้แก่\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;อุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์และดิจิทัลคอนเทนต์&nbsp;\u003Cbr>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;การผลิตขั้นสูงและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์&nbsp;\u003Cbr>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;ระบบเกษตรอาหารและนวัตกรรมอาหาร&nbsp;\u003Cbr>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;การดูแลสุขภาพและการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ&nbsp;\u003Cbr>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;บริการดิจิทัลและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสะอาด\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>นายขวัญพัฒน์ สุทธิธรรมกิจ เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสธนาคารโลกผู้รับผิดชอบประจำประเทศไทย ระบุว่า อุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์มีสัดส่วนประมาณร้อยละ 5 ของ GDP และกำลังขยายตัวในระดับเลขสองหลัก พร้อมสนับสนุนให้มีการจัดหาเงินทุนด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา (IP Financing) และการจัดเก็บค่าลิขสิทธิ์ เพื่อเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมไทยให้เป็นสินทรัพย์ระดับโลกที่สามารถขยายมูลค่าได้\u003Cbr>แนวทางดังกล่าวควรได้รับการสนับสนุนผ่านศูนย์กลางเศรษฐกิจระดับรอง เช่น จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เพื่อกระจายโอกาสทางเศรษฐกิจและส่งเสริมการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ในระดับภูมิภาค\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>เร่งระดมทุนเพื่อรับมือการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและ AI\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>นายคาร์ลอส เฟลิเป้ ฮารามิโย (Carlos Felipe Jaramillo) รองประธานธนาคารโลกประจำภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกและแปซิฟิก นายซาร์เวช ซูรี (Sarvesh Suri) ผู้อำนวยการระดับภูมิภาคของบรรษัทเงินทุนระหว่างประเทศ (IFC) และนายมาซามิจิ โคโนะ (Masamichi Kono) ที่ปรึกษาธนาคาร MUFG เน้นย้ำความสำคัญของการดำเนินงานผ่านคณะกรรมการร่วมภาครัฐและเอกชนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาทางเศรษฐกิจ หรือ กรอ. พร้อมกันนี้ ยังเรียกร้องให้มีการระดมทุนแบบผสมผสานเพื่อสนับสนุน “การปรับตัวต่อสภาพภูมิอากาศ” โดยการเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีและเงินทุนจะเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการยกระดับผลิตภาพและเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจไทย\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>ผู้นำธุรกิจชี้ทิศทางการลงทุนเพื่ออนาคต\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>การประชุมช่วงเช้าปิดท้ายด้วยเวทีอภิปรายของภาคเอกชน
