มุ่งสร้างและพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการรุ่นใหม่ให้มีความรู้ ความสามารถ และมีจิตสำนึกในการกลับไปมีส่วนร่วมพัฒนาบ้านเกิดของตนเอง ผ่านบทบาทของ YEC และหอการค้าในจังหวัด\u003Cbr>ในการกล่าวเปิดการอบรม ดร.พจน์ ได้ถ่ายทอดแนวคิดและแรงบันดาลใจแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรม โดยเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการทำงานเพื่อส่วนรวม พร้อมกล่าวว่า ประธาน รองประธาน และกรรมการหอการค้าหลายท่านได้เสียสละเวลาและทุ่มเททำงานเพื่อองค์กร โดยไม่ได้มุ่งหวังผลประโยชน์ส่วนตน แต่มีเป้าหมายสำคัญคือ การสร้างประโยชน์ให้แก่ส่วนรวม และร่วมขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของประเทศให้เติบโตและเจริญรุ่งเรือง\u003Cbr>“สิ่งที่อยากฝากถึงทุกคน คือ
