พร้อมทั้ง เสนอแนวทางการจัดคณะผู้แทนภาครัฐและเอกชนเดินทางเยือนจีนเพื่อดึงดูดนักลงทุนจีนให้เข้ามาไทย ตลอดจน เสนอโมเดลสองประเทศสองนิคมระหว่างจีนกับอินโดนีเซียเพื่อพัฒนานิคมอุตสาหกรรมระหว่าง 2 ประเทศ สำหรับมาปรับใช้กับไทยเพื่อดึงดูดการลงทุนจากต่างประเทศโดยเฉพาะจีน    \u003Cbr>พร้อมนี้ ดร.จุฬาฯ ได้เสนอผลการขับเคลื่อนงาน EEC ที่ผ่านมา (2561-2565) โดยมีการอนุมัติการลงทุนถึง 2 ล้านล้านบาท ซึ่งเกินกว่าเป้าหมาย และเสนอแผนการลงทุน EEC ในระยะ 5 ปี (2565-2569) ซึ่งจะมีมูลค่ารวม 2.2 ล้านล้านบาท ผ่านการดำเนินงานต่อยอดโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ดึงดูดอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย
