attending.\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>The opening remarks were delivered by \u003Cstrong>Mr. Saravoot Yoovidhya, Vice Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Education Development Committee.\u003C\u002Fstrong> He emphasized that although technology and AI are playing increasingly significant roles in the workplace, people remain the most important element of any It began with the StrengthsFinder assessment, which aimed to help participants identify and further develop their top five strengths. This was followed by the “Empathy for New Gen” activity, which encouraged participants to better understand the behaviors and perspectives of Gen Z employees. The session concluded with the Outward Mindset (S-A-M Framework), which focused on shifting perspectives from a self-centered approach toward understanding others' needs and adapting ways of working together.\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>In addition, the speaker introduced insights from Dave Ulrich, highlighting that the key to effective people management amid challenges lies in fostering Leadership at All Levels.
